Simple, transparent, and built around offline-first training.
IronStack collects limited first-party usage analytics for internal product improvement. We still do not use ad tracking, third-party behavior tracking, or sell your data.
Most of your workout data stays on your device. The app is offline-friendly and works without an internet connection for core logging and history.
The app sends lightweight, first-party usage events to our servers. This data is pseudonymous and tied to an install identifier — not to a personal profile. We use it only to understand app usage and improve the product. It is not used for advertising, cross-app tracking, or resale.

IronStack only connects to our servers for a few reasons:
Most workout data stays on your device. When we do send data to our servers, it is limited usage analytics or the minimum information needed for AI generation or to load exercise media. We do not use workout history for advertising or sell your data.
If you choose to connect Apple Health, IronStack may read and write workout-related HealthKit data only with your permission. This is used only for Apple Watch integration and to keep Apple Watch workout data as part of your workout history on your device.
HealthKit and CareKit data are not used for analytics, advertising, marketing, or sold to third parties.
Analytics data may be retained for up to 540 days to help us analyze trends and improve the product.
